t/suki operates as a Sociocracy, organized as multiple circles which operate autonomously.
Generally, all circles are doubly linked and have a leader, delegate, facilitator, and secretary (also known as the process roles). Within circles, roles and their term lengths are decided using the Sociocratic selection process. However, since it's largely up to each circle to operate in the way they see fit, these are not the only roles in a circle and it's up to circles to define what these other roles are.
