Decisions:
- The structure laid out by Sociocracy For All will continue to be followed without change.
- The community circle will try to organize a when2meet after the end of every meeting for the next 2 meeting.
Backlogged/Newly Raised Agenda for Next Meeting:
- Decide whether to have a separate text channel for community circle (amended to not be about events)
- Discuss the details of tsuki's Code of Conduct
- Discuss when and how to explore asynchronous options for decisionmaking for community circle (new)
Notes:
- The short nature of the meeting and the worry that the speed at which issues are resolved were discussed.
- It was brought up that we would get faster as we get used to the sociocratic systems and continue the same processes.
- A possibility to decide on an agenda asynchronously through a text channel were raised and was added to the agenda for the next meeting to be discussed with more attendance.
- A need to "prepare one's own material" before the start of the meeting was emphasized, as currently a significant portion of the time was allocated to thinking on the spot.
- It was brought up that the general structure should be discussed on the admin level since we must interoperate with the rest of the circles.
- A need to change the meeting schedule was discussed.
- This week's meeting saw an unforseen absence of multiple members due to sudden events, and a portion of attended members also expressed that the current meeting hour is suboptimal. A when2meet was launched as per the decision to decide on the next meeting date within 2 weeks.
