Agenda:
- Select the process roles in sociocracy for the community circle.
Decisions:
- @Tomaterr's leader term has been extended for another 3 months, with the caveat that discussion "about leadership styles".
- @PGComai has been elected as delegate for 3 months, awaiting admin circle on the admission process next week.
- @prod has been elected as facilitator for 3 months.
- @maidmage has been elected as secretary for 3 months.
- 5 agendas for the next meeting were proposed and consented.
Agenda for Next Meeting:
- A different way for meetings to be scheduled will be proposed and decided on.
- As decided in today's meeting, "leadership styles" will be discussed.
- The extent of the forum's use as replacement of exploration within synchronized meetings will be solidified and decided.
- All the decisions made in previous four meetings will be made clear to all active members and rounds will be conducted to make sure everyone is up to speed.
- Inactivity will be defined in a more concrete way in hopes that people who do the work will be represented in the circle.
Notes:
- The meeting was started 30 minutes later than announced due to technical difficulties.
Retrospective:
- A need to think of the orders for the next agenda were raised in concern for not being able to decide all five in time.
- "Easing in" to the discussion with the administrative decisions first were raised.
