Next Meeting: 2026-08-12 20:00 to 21:00 UTC
- @maidmage (secretary)
- @outfrost
- @PGComai (delegate)
- @prod (facilitator)
- @Tomaterr (leader)
- Deciding a quorum, the minimum number of community circle members that must be present at a meeting in order to pass a decision.
- A vote on adding @fuguesoft as a new member of the community circle will be held
- A discussion will be held reviewing the previous decisions made regarding the code of conduct, alongside clearing up any assumed or otherwise ambiguous decisions.
- This above agenda point has been pushed to next meeting, due to a lack of time in this current meeting.
- The Community Circle's Matrix Text Channel is now INVITE-ONLY, and message history is hidden pre-invitation for new users.
- The Quorum required to pass a vote in a meeting is 2/3 (rounded up) of the active circle members present, with a few additional clauses.
- If you are unable to attend a meeting, but notify the circle beforehand on your absence, you may cast a vote asynchronously. The deadline for your decision will be 48 hours past the minutes being posted.
- If you miss the vote (either by being late or missing the meeting entirely), but had expressed intent to attend (such as checking 'Going' on the meeting announcement post), you have 24 hours to let the circle know if you wish to vote. In the case you wish to vote, the deadline for your decision will be 48 hours past the minutes being posted.
- This policy will be held for the next 3 months.
- Fuguesoft has been voted in as as new member of the community circle.
- A discussion will be held reviewing the previous decisions made regarding the code of conduct, alongside clearing up any assumed or otherwise ambiguous decisions.
- A discussion on who should get admin privileges over internal channels (Matrix)
- @Tomaterr will discuss the previous admin circle meeting.
- Previously, we had non-circle members joining the channel, namely with Fuguesoft and Mr. Blizzard. Mr Blizzard has been non-responsive, so no invite has been officially offered and he has been removed, unlike with Fuguesoft's case who had an invite extended.
- During the voting for the quorum size, we had interrupted the voting round after initial discussions. We decided to instead vote on additional terms for the quorum, such as the duration this decision would be effective for, and the absency clauses.
