This meeting is the first meeting with our new member @fuguesoft, who was voted in last meeting!

- Tomaterr will share some of things from the recent admin meetings!
- Every ambiguous decisions made regarding the code of conduct in prior meetings will be revisited, made up to speed and solidified.
- Discussing who gets admin privileges on the community matrix, within our internal channels.
- This point has been moved to the next meeting, as there was not enough time for it to be discussed during this current meeting.
- Per the two-meeting absence ruling instated a month ago on July 15th, @generalred has been marked inactive on the community circle page. It has been two weeks since that ruling went into effect, and they have not attended a meeting since May 20th.
- Previous Code of Conduct Decisions that have been made:
- The Code of Conduct will cover the Forums, Matrix, Wiki, and Forgejo, creating rules for all users on these sites.
- Ammendments to the Code of Conduct will be made during community circle meetings.
- There will be a policy against bigotry.
- There will be a policy against the promotion or endorsement of Crpytocurrencies and NFTs.
- There will be a policy against spamming behavior on the forums, although the punishment for spam should be handled through deletion or retagging.
- There will be a policy against sharing personal information in the public areas of Tsuki.
- There will be a policy allowing self advertisement, for active users.
- There will be a policy regarding NSFW content, with the goal of being generally permissive.
- We will also be having discussions with the Tech Circle to find out how we may tag NSFW content or spoiler hide NSFW content.
- There will be a policy regarding the usage of AI.
- Discussing who gets admin privileges on the community matrix, within our internal channels.
- Who wants to write the code of conduct?
- Should there be an abridged code of conduct?
- Should the code of conduct mention positive behaviors?
- Discuss @outfrost’s idea for passing the forum discussions into meeting agendas.
- Additionally, gather topics from the forum where they have finished discussion in the topic for future agendas.
- There was a discussion of whether an introduction round should be held to greet @fuguesoft to the circle, although the decision was made to not have one for the sake of time.
- There have been two admin meetings. Comai recently has joined as delegate for the admin circle, after being voted in on 2026-07-01.
- The admin circle has created a position for an internal Sociocractic Expert, who will meet monthly with facilitators to discuss how sociocracy is being handled within the organization.
- Funds and Donations for Tsuki as an organization will be handled by Exodrifter's LLC, currently powered through stripe.
