All circles at t/suki follow these rules, unless a circle decides otherwise. The intent for providing a default is to eliminate the overhead of deciding on rules every time a new circle is created.

| Quorum |
The Quorum required to pass a vote in a meeting is 2/3 (rounded up) of the active circle members present. If you do not attend, you automatically concede your vote on a decision the circle makes during a meeting. |

- Tasks:
- Participation in circle meetings.
- Completion of tasks outside of meetings as necessary.
- Responsibilities:
- Attendance of meetings.
- Completion of tasks as distributed by circle(s).
- Adherence to Sociocratic Principles.
- Upholding t/suki’s Vision and Mission statements.
- Authority:
- Default role, held automatically by any member of a given circle.
- Reports to their given circle(s).
- Term:
- Continuous while active and consented to by other circle members.
- If three or more consecutive meetings are missed without notice or post-hoc reason in a given circle, a member will be moved to inactive status within that circle. They can resume attending meetings at will if the group has not voted them out during their absence.
- Requirements:
- Desire to participate in the growth and maintenance of t/suki.
- Able to commit at least 3 hours/week to circle meetings and tasks.
- Willingness to learn and employ sociocratic processes as outlined internally and on https://www.sociocracyforall.org/
- Internet connection.
