Quorom (Voting without all members present)	The Quorum required to pass a vote in a meeting is 2/3 (rounded up) of the active circle members present, with a few additional clauses. (i) If you are unable to attend a meeting, but notify the circle beforehand on your absence, you may cast a vote asynchronously. The deadline for your decision will be 48 hours past the minutes being posted. (ii) If you miss the vote (either by being late or missing the meeting entirely), but had expressed intent to attend (such as checking 'Going' on the meeting announcement post), you have 24 hours to let the circle know if you wish to vote. Voting and the Community Circle Forums	Until the end of the Code of Conduct creation process, asynchronous discussions will be had on the forum's Circles category with the intent to explore ideas, before the meeting where decisions will be made based on the posts prior. Circle Membership	Individuals who are unable to make two consecutive meetings, without communicating to the circle reasoning for your absence, will be treated as inactive users. (i) Inactive users are not included in the headcount for attendance and forfeit their consideration towards any votes/decisions. (ii) Inactive users are not immediately removed from the circle and can return to active status at any time.
